Kairos Psychotherapy & Wellness offers several types of therapy using
effective modalities and styles that best suit clients.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
One-on-one therapy catered to you, with you.
Together, we can work through challenges, depression, anxiety, work stress and life changes. We use effective modalities and theories, such as CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytic approaches and many more, to assist in processing your thoughts and feelings and developing new skills. We offer support and a safe space to work through complex aspects identity including race, spirituality, gender and many more.

We provide therapy to children (10+), teens, and adults.
COUPLES THERAPY
Improving relationships, one session at a time.
In couples therapy, we will help you and your partner navigate through the ups and downs of relationships. Using styles such as EFT, IRT and Solution-Focused Therapy, etc., we explore common areas of growth include communication, sexual and non-sexual intimacy, conflict resolution, forgiveness and trust building.
At KPW, we recognize and honor the fact that each couple is unique. Elevating this allows each couple to bring themselves to the table fully, creating the space necessary for mutual understanding, growth, respect and healing.


FAMILY THERAPY
Changing dynamics to support healthy families.
Family therapy aims to build positive interactions and dynamics between partners, parents and children, siblings and extended family members. We support families in reframing thoughts, attitudes and behaviors towards each other, while also processing through impactful events that have shifted relationships. We also encourage all members to recognize the importance each member plays in the function and structure of family life.
